1. Velvet Apartments are studio rooms and apartments located in residential buildings at Śniadeckich Street, on the third floor at most, and at Głogowska Street 27, on the first floor, and in the building at Jeżycka Street 39
2. Check-in
2.1. the condition for using the Velvet Apartments services is to fill in the electronic registration card and accept these regulations
2.2. on the day of arrival, no later than 3:00 p.m. - the Guest will receive the address of the room / apartment location along with instructions for entering and other important information.
2.3 The Guest is obliged to report by phone, e-mail or WhatsUp - any discrepancies, defects or missing equipment within one hour of check-in, under penalty of losing the right to invoke the rights resulting from them at a later date. All reports will be removed as quickly as possible by Velvet Apartments, provided that the reception and service department do not operate 24 hours a day.
3. Stay
3.1. The Guest using the room/apartment is financially liable for the lack, damage or destruction of items, equipment and devices included in the equipment, caused by their fault or the fault of people visiting them.
3.2. The Guest is obliged to report by phone, e-mail or WhatsUp - any faults and damages - caused during the stay in the apartment. The occurrence of a fault and damage due to the Guest's fault is associated with charging an additional fee related to its removal. If the type of damage is not listed in point 10 of these regulations - the replacement value is assumed when determining the amount.
3.3. the Guest renting the room may not transfer the room to other people, even if the day for which they paid the fee has not expired.
3.4. throughout their stay in the facility, children under 16 years of age must be under the constant care and supervision of adults. The children's legal guardians are responsible for the behavior of children, including damage and/or damage caused.
3.5. The Guest should report the wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival by phone or electronically, by 10:00 on the day on which the room rental period expires, which, however, does not bind the facility. The facility will take into account the wish to extend the stay to the extent possible.
3.6. Staying in the room or leaving belongings after 12:00 is treated as an extension of the stay. In the event that the Guest leaves the room after 12:00 - a fee for another day of renting the room will be charged at full prices. In the event that it is not possible to extend the stay, the cleaning service, for an additional fee - will pack and secure the Guest's belongings and transfer them to the reception.
3.7 The facility is an overnight accommodation facility, with a strictly observed night silence from 10PM to 08AM
4. A facility employee may, while maintaining the guest's home peace, enter the room during the stay only if it is justified by:
4.1. guest safety,
4.2. scope of accommodation services (cleaning, changing towels, replenishing toilet paper, etc.)
4.3. suspicion of violating the facility's regulations,
4.4. as part of service work (e.g. equipment repair, water leak, power failure, replacement of light bulbs/battery in the remote control, etc.)
5. It is forbidden to:
- organize social gatherings in the room/apartment (birthdays, stag parties, New Year's Eve, St. Andrew's Day, etc.),
- make noise that causes nuisance to other Guests and residents of the tenement house,
- stay in the room after 10 p.m. of more people than the number reported when booking,
- smoke tobacco products (including electronic products) in the rooms, hall and staircase,
- keep animals in the room without prior consent,
- bring bicycles into the rooms/apartments, as well as leave bicycles in the common corridor,
- bring and use any devices that are not part of the equipment, powered by electricity or gas and that may pose a fire hazard, in particular: electric heaters, radiators, gas burners, flammable, explosive and unpleasant-smelling materials.
6. A justified call to the Security, Municipal Guard or Police by neighbours or the facility staff due to improper, immoral or burdensome behaviour of the Guest may result in the Guest being removed from the facility without the right to a refund of unused payment or compensation.
7. The Guest accepts the rates and agrees to be charged additional costs in the following cases:
7.1. PLN 100 – for each unregistered person who is not a Guest, above the maximum number of people for a given room, staying in it between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM
7.2. PLN 100 / day – for each unregistered animal,
7.3. PLN 2,500 - organising a social event in the room that is burdensome for other Guests or neighbours,
7.4. from PLN 300 – the cost of removing the smell of cigarette smoke due to a breach of the smoking ban. This cost may increase by PLN 200-500/day if it is not possible to effectively remove
